在"橫綱"(油麻地)買了"九州拉麵(+味玉)"($47+$7=$54)。九州拉麵(+味玉)、海苔和豚骨湯是分開盛載的。
"橫綱"是本港一間由日本人山本浩一開設的日式拉麵店,始於1987年。
九州拉麵---內有拉麵、日式叉燒、荷蘭豆、粟米粒、昆布、海苔、鳴門卷、芽菜、竹筍、漬物、味玉(醬油溏心蛋)和豚骨湯。湯頭豬骨味濃郁,鹹味偏重。直身幼拉麵麵質相當爽口,煙韌彈牙富麵粉香。味玉是以北海道無菌蛋製成,柔軟嫩滑,蛋味十足,醬油味中帶點酒香。日式叉燒肉質較乾嚡,醬油味淡。荷蘭豆和竹筍爽口。整體水準不俗。而且拉麵份量多,十分飽肚。

夜上海 (尖沙咀 Good ! )
Among the many Shanghianese restaurant in Hong Kong, yè shanghai is one of my top picks not necessarily because of its food quality but for its consistency in its service, food quality and its overall execution. The Pacific Place outlet of yè shanghai is similar in service and food quality but the whole environment seems so crowded and populated all the time with staff rushing all over the tables. I prefer this TST location for its atmosphere and ambiance. On this rainy weeknight, I was bringing my cousin from Toronto around town for something Chinese / Shanghainese and I can only think of two right on top of my head: (1) 鼎泰豐 Din Tai Fung or (2) yè shanghai.
