trattoria NOBILDUCA(尖沙咀) 78 points

其實,早兩個月到過這店,食物和服務不錯,朋友定了今天的活動地點是在尖沙咀,我便想起這店,但忘記了電話號碼,便上網查,竟看到有優惠劵是有6折,便訂座吧。




看完戲剛好是七時多,到步後發現差不多滿座,可能是星期六,人會較多,要等人來帶位。



套餐有五個菜,我們是五個菜都要同一個款,經理然後Sell意大利新酒,問我們要不要Order意大利酒,不要了因我們不喝的,經理再問汽酒,然後介紹汽酒,就要一枝當汽水喝吧。



先有一個飽籃,有軟身及脆條兩種,加上意大利醋及橄欖油,依然好味。

但不知是否他們實在太忙,我想要的水遲遲還未到! 追了兩次才有人送上一杯水,他們也禮貌地前後說了三次 ”不好意思”。



炭燒凡立貝

凡立貝不是全熟的,可嚐到些少鮮凡立貝的鮮味,熟的部份不會“韌”,配合碟上的汁料又有炭燒味,味道清新。



野菌湯

好濃郁,好有野菌香味,好足料,每一啖都有野菌蓉。



櫻桃茄芝士意粉

意粉好煙韌,夠正宗。



肉眼

做法不是特別過人,肉眼好肉嫩多汁。



榛子朱古力卷

甜度適中,少許榛子味,朱古力不會濃,吃完也不感到膩。



點了一杯凍檸檬茶,味道不用多講,都是standard的味道。



坐我們前面那枱是慶祝生日,原來職員會一起送出生日蛋糕及唱生日歌! 幾特別的服務~~

岡田珈琲(尖沙咀) 70 points

見很多廣告, 加上吹噓去日本雞蛋做奄列飯, 就去試一試。




不過, 去到先發現set lunch 係無奄列飯, 只有晚餐至有!! 激死! 咁就叫左個漢堡扒飯, 加左一個玉子蛋卷, 仲有咖啡。



好少伙記, 做唔切, 其實人已經唔算多。



食物一般, 漢堡扒OK, 但我覺得 飯就好唔得! 似係珍珠米, 但太爛又無飯味...可能因為我先入為主以為會日本飯咁香...如果當係普通香港西餐廳, 其實都算OK...



蛋卷無乜蛋味, Cream亦無特別, 當然無廣告所講O既"勁鬆軟", 同美心、東海堂果D無乜大分別...



咖啡只係一般, 係用cream 當比較特別, 但都只係門面技倆, 可能飲貴價D 會好D...



最後, 一份80多元(連加一)的午餐, 質素僅些而已, 不算物有所值。

米奇廚師餐廳(大嶼山) 59 points

I have tried the dinner buffet with my family a week ago. We have arrived at this restaurant at 6:30 p.m. The design and the decoration of the restaurant is very nice, but I think that the food and dessert choice are not enough. Also, the food taste are not really good especially the hand made ice-cream. It's too sweet that I can't eat and I have to drink a lot of water.

新泉發潮州飯店(旺角) 72 points

繼幾日前去過隔離新x豪打冷~之後第二日男朋友又話要再打冷...


去到新x豪門口我就奇怪..點解隔離呢間新泉發次次都多人食過新x豪既?

我就抱住間間都要試均晒既心態捉左我男朋友過隔離喇!



同上次一樣..我地都係叫咸菜魚,生腸墨魚同蠔仔粥..

咸菜魚呢間好特別..佢做到係有少少辣嫁~好味..愈食就愈想食..

生腸墨魚大大碟..男朋友話掂~好足料,,,出面有d鋪生腸得一部分咋wo~

而且仲有埋九菜疊底..一定要讚!

蠔仔粥呢到比起新x豪味濃..足料..個人覺得呢邊好食d!

果然多人食既鋪頭係會有保証d..



尋日我地又黎左新泉發呢到幫襯~

咸菜魚,生腸墨魚走唔甩嫁喇..可惜咁岩門鱔賣晒~阿姐換左唔知咩魚比我地!

我咬左一啖仔..唔係幾岩我口味~我覺得有d似咸魚..不過男朋友話冇嘜野~ok wo..

所以我唔會話佢難食..只係個人口味唔同姐!

另外想試下d新野..所以今次冇叫蠔仔粥lu..

改左胡椒豬肚湯暖暖胃,開頭飲第一啖我覺得冇胡椒味..仲以為佢黎錯咸菜豬肚...

不過飲下飲下又飲到喇wo..其實如果佢d胡椒味可以勁多少少就好喇!

至於個通菜都好好..菜係新鮮既! 唔係又黃又黑咁..加埋d腐乳~好味..



同埋要讚下阿姐好好人..服務態度一流..

我地張台唔小心整濕左.我男朋友諗住問阿姐拎條毛巾自己黎抺啦~

點知阿姐知道我地張台濕左,即刻拎住條毛巾跑出黎係都話要幫我地抺..

FOOD

Entrees (share)

the Rumour

- this is a must try. Its their specialty dish - very refreshing using Watermelon, Melon and Mango. Each of them is stuffed with a different flavour - ham, vinegar and prawn respectively. The flavours were compliments each other very well - great as a starter or snack.

Onion Ring

- this was fried with a batter (no crumbs) - very crunchy and tasty, not oily at all, great bar snack or side dish to share.

Fish & Chips

- apart from being crunchy without being oily as all good fried food should be, the same piece of fish was coated with batter on one side, and bread crumb on the other. Very creative and allows you to try 2 different style in one dish.



Note: starters portions are generous - enough for 1-2 persons.



Mains

Vegetarian Pizza

- pizza is the type I like - thin and crispy and the topping is generous and tasty.

Cheese is a little browned - very aromatic

Foie Gras Risotto

- this was a surprised dish as we did not know what to expect. Surprisingly worked well as the rich Foie Gras tasty good with the Risotto.

Tuna Salad

- the tuna was wrapped in black sesame added texture to the tuna which was fresh and soft.

Salmon Pasta

- salmon was tasty and pasta was cooked well - al dente !

Seafood Skewers

- generous portion and the skewers were still juicy on the inside and slightly toasted on the outside



DRINKS

Speak with the boss - guy call Eddie - very friendly - ask for him for suggestions.

We had shots and cocktails

Tabasco shot: very strong alcohol with a strong kick and lasting flavour

Rumour shot: sweet liquer topped with icecream - worth a try !

Blueberry with Yakult: was a unique taste - sweet, fruity and refreshing.



SERVICE

The waitors were efficient and friendly. The boss was the value add.

Was very friendly and provided many suggestions without being pushy at all.



ENVIRONMENT

Seating was comfortable (big sofa, tall bar seats, large cushioned chairs), area was spacious and lighting was ambient.

The decoration was unique in the area - good, clean place to chill for drinks or dinner. Great environment for drinks with friends.

大阪日本料理(葵芳)

今日同wing去左葵芳間新開ge大阪食野...下午茶好抵...全線壽司半價


set lunch又減$10...我食左個日式牛肉鍋定食....上檯前...聞到都好香...食落又幾好食...哈..

食到停5到口....佢d特大鰻魚sushi又大件....超長....特大3文魚腩又係....簡直冇得頂...

我同wing食下食下已經5點喇....d侍應行埋黎話做緊promo...$1/1件三文魚壽司...同埋$10/1隻黃金燒生蠔....我即刻叫左呢2樣...哈....抵食....d三文魚又唔係話唔好食丫....點解會咁平ge??

d侍應又好招呼...呢間舖真係抵讚...下次一定要再去過...正正正!!p.s:呢間大阪仲有d日式房...好靚...d侍應話細房最低消費$1000坐到8-9個人....大房最低消費$2000...下次一定要叫一大班fd黎坐間房...一定好舒服.
